PCOS. ENDOMETRIOSIS & Chronic Menstural Pain

Okay this may be long. I started my periods very early, around age 9. They immediately threw me through a loop. I remember looking at my mom with a mixture of terror and rage and said "this is going to happen to me EVERY 28 DAYS FOREVER?!" My periods have always been bad. But nothing a nap, some midol or Pamprin, and a heating pad couldnt take care of. By the time I was 13 They got worse so my pediatrician perscribed me the pill. IT worked okay for a few months then my periods got worse than before. They all of a sudden became debilitating. I couldn't get out of bed or even walk. Accompanied by severe migraines, nausea and vommiting I started missing school every month JUST because of my period. I went BACK to my doctor and he put me on a 3-month pill. So I would oly get my period once every three months. This worked for almost a year, then the same thing started. The pain was unbearable. They tried a different brand, and I bled for a month straight. This went on and on for a year. I then decided to stop taking Birthcontrol completely. After I did that, my periods stopped. THEY STOPPED. I WAS SO HAPPY. When I turned 18, I decided it was time to go see the gyno and get my feet in the stirrups. The doctor ordered an internal ultrasound which found cysts on my ovaries and blood work showed PCOS.  He was surprised that I hadnt had a period in a year and insisted that I be put on progesterone to kick-start my period, then immediately birth control after. THIS. WAS. HELL. I bled again for SIX WEEKS. Constantly calling the office telling them it was an emergency, I couldn't stop bleeding, going through a SUPER sized tampon in an hour. They consistently told me over the phone that this was normal and not to worry. After passing out on my kitchen floor due to low iron from bleeding so heavily, I stopped taking the pills and told that doctor to shove it up his *** for trying to kill me. I wasn't taking any birth control, and I wasn't getting my period. It is now 9 months after what feels like almost bleeding to death and I was at work. I started teh feel the all-too-familiar cramping in my abdomen and knew I would be fighting myself to get through my shift. These cramps are so unbearable. I can't walk. I don't know how I'm going to work. I don't know how to make the pain stop. If some of you ladies (or gentlemen with lady wives) know of anything besides the typical water, exercise, heating pad, and leg elevation that would help ease this pain I WOULD LOVE YOU FOREVER. I was also told by my new physician to avoid taking blood thinners while I'm on my cycle because I tend to bleed so much. Thank you all in advance.
