Alright I'm 38 +1 and this is my first baby! I keep having like period cramps in my back and my stomach is kinda achey like I'm on my period too. It just started like an hour ago is this the beginning of labor?
If its coming in intervals, be sure to time them. Otherwise if its constant id say it's your body getting ready :)
im 38+1 also. this is completely normal. your might be feeling this way cause they baby is taking a toll on your body and is getting ready to come .
