33 weeks pregnant

I keep getting this really sharp stitch like pain in my left side, its hurts like hell. Hard to walk and when its at its worst I can't move. It is accompanied by back ache high and low. But that it something I've had through out pregnancy.I've been feeling nauseous and very emotional/moody/irritable. Is this all normal for this stage? Could the pains maybe be round ligament pains? I went to the doctor yesterday, doc was running behind so had to see nurse, bp,pulse and temperature fine. And urine sample showed no infection. Its the pain on my left side which is the main concern. Imagine a really bad stitch like stabbing pain just above my hip. She said maybe baby keeps pressing on a nerve?
Also my feet n knees feel swollen

I am 32 weeks pregnant and I had the same pain but on my right side. It turned out to be round ligament pain and it went away after a week or so. If you don't already have one, invest in a good belly band, that was the thing that helped me the most. As far as moody/irritable it's perfectly normal, I woke up crying this morning for no reason. My poor husband is so understanding but I know I am crazy pregzilla sometimes. A little bit of swelling is normal (especially at this stage) to as long as it isn't really bad swelling. Try to keep your feet propped up as much as possible. Good luck
