I too felt like you do. I would get tired just from walking to the bathroom and trying to fold laundry...forget it!  After I fainted a few times I told my OB what was going on and they tested me for anemia and it was positive. I have been taking iron since I was 17weeks and the waves of weakness were gone with in a few weeks. I am now 38 weeks and looking for our little guy to arrive next week. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

Have you been checked for anemia (low iron)?  How long have you had this fatigue?  I don't think anything's wrong but it wouldn't hurt to let your ob know what's going on.
