Ovulation predictor

Hi there ladies:  I have a quick question.  I have been ttc since Feb and I have been using the ovulation predictor and yesterday and the day before yesterday the test line was much darker than the control line and the control line was barely even there.  I know that I will be ovulating soon but I was just wondering if this means that I am more fertile this time then the last few times that I have done the test.  The last few times the test line was slightly darker than the control line.  I was just curious to see if any of you ladies have experienced this before and if my chances are greater for conceiving.  I hope that some will get back to me soon.  Please send me some baby dust too.  Thanks.

Thanks for the advice.  I knew that I could count on you for some answers.  I kind of figure that it wouldn't tell how fertile you are.  I just know that this is the 1st time that it has ever been this dark before so maybe I will be lucky this month but I guess for right now I have to play the waiting game.  I hate the waiting game.  Thanks again.

AS far as I know, all they tell you is that you are experiencing your LH surge and getting ready to ovulate.  I don't think they actually can tell you if you are more fertile then normal.  I usually used the digital as I preferred not having to try to interpret the lines, but the few times I used the lines, the control line seemed to vary in how dark it was from test to test.  Good luck, and I hope we are reading about your BFP soon!!
