I was thinking about taking laughing gas . but some people warned me that it made the pain worse for them . but I'll read online and watch videos maybe it will help !

Remember that contractions can not be stronger then you, because they ARE you. Just like your body knew how to grow and take care of your baby, it knows how to bring it into the world. Stay focused on relaxing and trusting your body.

I wish they offered the option of gas and air at my hospital in the US.  I have only seen it on "One Born Every Minute".

Gas and air is perfect for natural labour I had it and loved it. Your so busy trying to huff and puff right that your contractions just come and go x

I was feeling scared too, but I reassured myself by watching different birth videos and looked up pain relief even though i dont want any paib relief except paracetomal. Id recommend reading about birth and labour.. You can read online about what you can do when your in labour online.

I had my baby today I was contracting for 14 hours before I had an emergency c section. All I can say is keep calm and breath thru the pain becoz it's not easy I got to 7cm dilated and I honestly couldn't cope anymore so I got epidural and in the end emergency c section due to high blood pressure xx but it was all worth it xx

Just relax they will help you through labor and delivery. Think of your precious bundle you will have at the end. Good luck!
