Acne during pregnancy

Ok, i have never had a issue with acne but since i have been pregnant i have had small pimples all over my face. These darn hormones...lol The pimples are not very obvious but i cant stand it! I dont have any that comes to white heads except on my chin below my lip. Does anyone know a good way to get rid of acne while being pregnant? I was told typical acne washes with sasilic acid is not good to use while pregnant. suggestions? i wash my face with a plain white facial bar but it does NO Good!

You're lucky you just have it on your face that's how my pregnancy acne started out and then spread to my scalp my chest and my back gross and nothing gets rid of it it's purely hormonal I tried to use remedies that would usually cure my menstrual acne and it just makes everything worse

yeah I only have it on my face and they are tiny ones at that but it still bothers me lol. Guess i will have to deal with it cuz i dont think they make a sasilic acid free toner or acne wash.  :(

The old wives tale is that you are having a girl and she is stealing your beauty.

I have a little bit of acne but its only on my right arm. Go figure. Nothing is fixing it. Usually exfoliating and lotion does the trick for me but its not. I gave up on it :/

I feel like im going through a second puberty with this baby. Happened with my second pregnancy as well-both are boys. I wash daily with basis soap and use alcohol pads throughout the day especially if i feel like oil is building up.
