I'm only 5 weeks 5 days, if I'm not constantly snacking I feel queasy. And I always feel hungry, even 5 minutes after eating a full meal. Anyone have a suggestion on healthier snacks?
This is my 6th pregnancy, with my other kids I didn't feel like this. I'm blaming age haha. I know it will eventually even out. I've never been big on shakes, do you have a favorite?
You def want to load up on veggies and fruits. Think of more protein then carbs. So protein shakes are a great snack and helps baby to grow. This is normal, its all hormonal. You will level out :)
