BFP/ However the ultrasound didn't pick up any sign of the baby today

Hello Ladies my last cycle was on October 14 ( as some of you know I have had several m/cs in the past). I was told by my doctor just two weeks ago that my tube was block, and I wasn't able to conceive any longer. To my surprise I took a HPT on Sunday and it came back positive. I called my OBGYN on Monday, and she called me in today to have an U/S. The ultrasound didn't show anything. She did blood-work to check my levels, and I will have those results back tomorrow.  So far I haven't had any bleeding just bad cramps in my legs.  I am feeling the sore breast and tiredness, but no sickness.... As I want this pregnancy to be the one, can someone please tell me what are my chances since nothing was shown on the U/S?  She said according to my last cycle I should be seven weeks.  Ladies Help!!! Any advice you give I will greatly appreciated.

Yes ladies it starting on Oct 14 & I usually last seven days. I am so hoping that was the case. Is the leg cramps normal? Thanks

Yes, I agree with adgal on the dates.  I had my embryo transfer on October 7th, which was 2 weeks after my LMP (so my LMP was around September 23), and I'm now 8 weeks.  So you would be 3 weeks behind me, making you 5 weeks.  Good luck.

Oh Yolanda, I'm sorry your once again going through such a difficult time.  However, something is off on the dating.  If your LMP was Oct 14th (was that the day it started?) then you would be 5 weeks today, not 7.  If that is the case it is very possible nothing much would be seen.  It sounds to me like its just too early.  If you have no bleeding, then that is really good.  I think you just have to wait and see my friend.

If you are getting positive & there is nothing there, maybe it was a chemical.
I am so sorry that this is so confusing. I hope your levels are great tomorrow although if nothing on u/s I don't think this cycle workd for you.
Don't give up!!!!!!!!!! There are other options out there.
