will all the drugs affect my foetus?

I am new . 1 m two month till  i am 46 and 3wks pregnant. I m hypertensive nd my BPhas been erratic.Pregnancy is through IVF nd still progesterone and estrogen. I m on75mg vasporin, 500mg aldomet(3 times daily) and   30mg  nifedipine. worried it will affect my foetus. does anyone have such issue? I need your advice please.
