prenatal vitamins????

im not pregnant but my hubby and i have decided to start trying so i went out to buy some prenatal vitamins but one lil problem i cant swallow pills so i got prenatal gummy vitamins.

do you think ill still get all my vitamins if its not a pill?
i compare the back label with the pills and its the same thing but im just a lil worrie that it wont take any effect.
is it ok to take these? i just want to know that it has the same effects as the prenatal  vitamins pill.

has anyone taken these? any advise???

Just for future reference, if you can't swallow pills but might need to some day because a crucial medication only comes that way, take them in applesauce or pudding.  Say "I'm hungry" as you swallow.  They go right down.

I didn't even know they exsist. I would ask your dr. or at least a pharmisist. I think its great you are taking prenatal before hand. I started taking them in Dec and started taking folic acid over a year ago. I just started ttc in March so hopefully soon.

I think the gummy prenatal are fine. But also you may want to look into talking with a  nutritionist or ask your doctor about foods you can eat to also help get what you need. Keep up posted.
