There is many things in the infertility world that even Dr's don't know & this is one of them.
They can use your FSH/AMH to predict quality although it's not 100% effective.
Even when you use PG testing that can effect the embryo quality because they need to remove a cell in order to test.

I am told I produce great embryos which are usually 8 cell when transferred. (never had a blast)  I have FSH around 6-7 not sure of AMH although from the 4 cycles I did I had 2 miscarriages & 2 BFN.  I am not sure why this is happening but possibly it's the eggs.
We will meet with Dr to try to Donor eggs.

3.1 is a great number.  It basically means that you have a good supply.  That in combo with an AMH test can give the dr an idea although both of these tests are not 100%.  My fsh was high(12.4 at the highest) and my AMH was .07 which is very low however, I am now 24w1d pg with a healthy little girl.(medicated cycle)  Hope this helps, good luck.

I think 3.1 is a Great # & you should try not to worry.  I think this will happen for you just taking alittle bit longer.

Sending you baby dust........
