Confused.. please help!!

My due date is today, I saw my doctor today, she told me that I have 3cm dilation but the baby is not lowering enough in the pelvic area, so natural labor won't work even with external oxcytocin and a c-section may become necessary.. she told me also that the fluids are getting less and the placenta is calcifying.. is my baby in danger?? Does walking help now or any other way you recommend?? cause I don't have enough time,  just a week.. Thank you anyway..

Do lots of walking, drink lots of water, do some squats (with something to hang onto of course), roll or bounce on an exercise/birthing ball, hot shower, nipple stimulation/sex/masturbation (anything that gets the oxytocin rolling!)
I wouldn't worry too much about your baby not having dropped into place yet - that might happen any minute now. Fluid levels and a deteriorating placenta aren't really a concern until after 42 weeks or more - unless there are other factors affecting you individually it shouldn't concern you yet.
