I'm 1cm dilated 50% effaced and my cervix is thinned out and soft I have 18days until my due date what are ways to dilate more
I'm 39 weeks I have dilated to 4cm and 80 % effaced I have slowly been dilating since 36 weeks. I get induced Thursday morning. Good luck
The baby will come when its ready. Your Baby is a good work. Let God finish. 18 days will be here and gone soon enough. :-)
