BFP --- so scared

well for you ladies that are still around I'm back and after over a year since my horrific miscarriage I'm happy to report I got a BFP today...its bittersweet right now...

i was diagnosed with factor v leiden after my last miscarriage (blood clotting disease)....it scares the crap out of me knowing i have this condition and I'm pregnant again....im so afraid im going to lose this one too...i have done so much soul searching since my losses...i am currently in grad school working towards an education degree...i have revamped my life and i know i am ready for this with some rearranging....

im just looking for words of encouragement right now...i have to call and find a doctor tomorrow and trust they are good and will understand my condition and will do everything possible to help me sustain this pregnancy...

i will say a prayer every night that i do not lose this baby

they did another urine test to prove i am indeed showing positive...im going to the doc on monday to see what they recommend...the nurse said prob heperin but we'll see what the doc says...

ive been worrying because last week i had horrible heartburn and this week none...the only physical thing i have going is sore breasts oh and i urinate a whole lot...i keep getting very little pinching/cramping that lasts a few seconds in my stomach but im trying not to worry about it...i think its normal....i know im going to worry over a lot

as of now my due date is 9/28

I am so happy for you!!!!! This is my first pregnancy and I am scared also. My hcg level is only 107 and nothing was seen on the ultrasound. i pray it is not ectopic like they think. Me and my husband will be so hurt. God will see you and has given you another seed to birth.

thanks ladies....its been rough but i have come a long way

i have an appt tomorrow to confirm my pregnancy (state law here)...then i take those results to the doc on monday and the nurse said they are most likely going to start me on heperin....

Terri....oh my gosh it has been forever.  I have thought of you and hoped all was well.

Sweetie, it's unlikely it will happen again.  They know what's wrong now and can give you the appropriate meds to prevent it.  I know it's got to be scary, but you will be closely monitored I'm sure.  Congratulations hon, and welcome back!!  I wont' tell you not to worry, because I know that's not possible after what you went through, but take it day by day and believe!!!  They are going to take good care of you!!
