Like the belly bandit things to shrink back down? I had my son at 246am was in recovery room by 530am and had it on right after I took a nap it went from under my boobs to below hip bone and only had to take off for doc to check make sure everything was goin back down. If its a girdle with attached underwear type thing or anything that goes between ur legs I would not use it
