BETA number help. please!

Hello,
I have a question about my HCG BETA numbers..
We had a day 6 frozen blast transferred on June 10th.
I had my fist BETA done 8 days past transfer..it was 44.
I went in today (3 days later) to get the BETAs checked again.. it was only at 77.
What is going on??!... it didnt even double and its been 3 days since the last bloodwork.
I'm going stir-crazy with worry.
Any info about why my BETA isnt rising correctly? Am i going to miscarry?

Hi again .. just to let you know my numbers .. my first test was 15dpo was 153 which I was really happy with .. but when I was tested 3 1/2 days later it hadn't doubled .. it was only 283 which really worried me ... I put these results on a few different forums and got loads of responses from people who were well into successful pregnancies who'd had very slow starts with much lower numbers than me and that made me feel much better.

when is your next test?  if you are still worried after that .. keep insisting on tests every 3-4 days and hopefully they will keep going up nicely.  again .. good luck!!!

I didnt talk to my doctor..just the IVF nurse. She said that shes a bit concerned that they didnt double... but that some people are 2 day doublers..and some are 3 day doublers...
So she said i may be a 3 day doubler... (except that my numbers didnt even really quite double...)
So now its just wait and see... ugh...

my hcg was a little slow to double in the beginning but it didn't take long before it was consistently rising .. I know the anxiety .. the internet can be an evil thing when you just want reassurance .. I read so many things that said your hcg should double every 2 days and mine wasn't quite 3 .. same as you .. everyone is different!!

I have just hit week 11 so even though I'm not out of the woods yet, the early slow rising hcg level was nothing to worry about.  I know it's hard but just try to relax and enjoy the fact that you're PREGNANT!!!  congrats!  good luck!

What did your doctor say about your beta levels?

My beta is wednesday also.  My Re says sometimes it's because the embryo is abnormal.
Was it your 2nd that didn't double?  

Praying for good #'s for both of us.  I have had a total of 3 beta's & all have doubled but still low #'s.

Hi! And thanks! I'm trying to stay positive.. its just so hard.
I go back in for another BETA this Wed.
I'll be pulling my hair out by then..lol

Congrats on your pregnancy! Focus on the good news they did INCREASE!! We all know the double rule but remember every pregnancy is different! I know it is hard to wait but try to remain calm!
