Horrible pain

I am experiencing horrific pelvic, hip,  sciatic pain.  When I walk,  lift leg,  roll over, it crunches and pops and I feel like my body is going to give out and I'll fall.  I'm 33 weeks and will be having a c section in 3 weeks.  Does anyone have any tips for even a little relief until then?

I had horrendous pain in my first pregnancy like that. I got some relief from seeing a specialised womens health physio. I had a belt thingy with elastic and velcro from the physio that helped a lot. The pain didnt go away until I gave birth, but the belt and physio made it bearable. This time I have support shorts and they are amazing but may not be worth the expense when you are so close to the end.
try not to stand on one foot or with your weight more on one leg than the other. So when dressing, sit on your bed rather than step into your trousers. Swing your legs out of the car with knees together rather than one leg at a time.  Sleeping with a pillow between your knees may also help to take the pressure off your top hip. If I think of anything else Iwill update. Good luck, you are on the home stretch now!

Warm baths, heat pack on your lower back, prenatal yoga, Tylenol, rest. That's about it sweetie. I'm right behind you at 30 +4 and my hips are killing me. It keeps me up at night and I walk like I am 90,lol. We' are in the home stretch though.
