First off... give a big hug and thank you to your DH for serving our country and doing his best to keep all of us safe and secure! Secondly... give yourself a big hug and thank you for looking after him, which is doing your part in a big way!!
Now, for your fertile troubles... try not to worry too much yet, as you are luckily so young, there WILL be a way to straighten you out so you can conceive. I cannot tell you how much I didn't know about my body and how much I have learned over the last year by using the ovulation tracker to track basal body temperature, cervical mucus, position and texture. Do yourself the biggest favor any young woman could do and start using the ovulation tracker. You will know from your chart whether or not you are ovulating and about when during your cycle you do ovulate. You will learn about all the changes that happen with your body that will alert you when you are coming up to ovulation as well as be able withing a couple of months, know when AF will be arriving within about a day!!
I think if you put some effort into it, you will realize that you will actually know more about what is going on with your body than a doctor will. Don't get me wrong, go to the doctor and get all the blood work to check your hormones, etc.
Give it a try and best of luck to you sweetie!
Thanks for you support I thank him everyday for what he does and we both love the impact being military has.
Thanks for the advice. I have been using the **************.com site as well and let me tell you that helps but to fill all of it out is hard work.

Thanks for your responses My husband and I are going to speak again with doctors we have and see what happens. I really hope this time our doctors will listen.
I had a problem with my cycles. I would have midcycle bleeding, sore bbs, etc. and it turned out to be ovarian cysts. I would definately see an RE(specialist). They can do a lot more advanced blood testing, ultrasound to check your uterus and ovaries, and have access to more meds than regular OBs usually.
Of course, ask your doctor, or if you are not happy with the one you just spoke to, or if the doc you saw wasn't an OBGYN, that would be the one to call. I am not saying this is the case with you, but I tend to get two periods a month because of my thyroid hormones. I get all of the symptoms you have. But that's just me.
It might be a good idea to get a complete blood work and an exam. you are still very young, and in my area, docs would be very reluctant to tying a 24 year old childless female's tubes. There is lots of treatment out there. Just get educated on it.
Unfortunately I think the only person who can enlighten you on your periods would be your Dr. If you have been trying for a baby for that long, you should do some monthly blood work/ultrasound to see if you are ovulating? Perhaps you have PCOS or something? It's worth making an appt with your OBGYN to discuss.
