I had my baby 2 days ago and I have not produce any breast milk is there anything that I can do to get it started is it normal because this is not my first child and with my other two my breast milk came within the day

Mine took 3 days too. The women at the hospital made me feel like a failure and a freak. At home I could relax and did manual pump to help.

If you're sure he's latching on properly, you may want to try pumping between feedings to help stimulate the milk.
