I like to make myself a virgin version of one of my favorite libations. Vodka with cranberry and splash of soda water.
I use Perrier to replace the vodka. I mix cranberry juice, Perrier. and a squeeze of lemon. Lots of ice. Perfect drink (a little tart, a little sweet, a little fizz) for the summer.
I drink Gatorade, juice, water, sprite, and eat ice alot. I allow myself one Dr pepper a day, at first I wouldn't drink any caffeine or any type of soda but it's hard to let go of old habbits. I know it's high in sugar and probably isn't the best for the baby but I don't feel like it hurts to indulge once a day.
I've been drinking tea (hot or cold), Gatorade, or juices. I might occasionally want a soda.
Make your own vitamin water! Its easy, just use what you like. I use fresh mint, limes, and cucumbers!
Try putting fruit in your water.. Like strawberries and lemons. So many different combos.. Google or look up on Pinterest
Fruit juice and poweraid. I am so happy I am not the only one who hates water, I used to love it now anything more than 2 bottles and its vomit central. I have also tried those flavored mix ins that you use with a bottle of water.
Ice tea. I craved it in my last trimester.
I drink lots and lots of seltzer - we have a soda stream and I buy it in cans ti take to work. Have also been buying things like lemon soda and ginger syrup to mix into the seltzer, I hate things too sweet but it's nice to jazz it up a little.
Gatorade, milk, homemade juice, flavored water!
