7 weeks pregnant and few symptoms

I'm hoping for some reassurance! I am just over 7 weeks pregnant, and aside from some fatigue and breast tenderness, I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms. The breast tenderness is actually fading now. This makes me nervous because it's been a rough road; I had a miscarriage in 2013, and ectopic pregnancies in 2014 and 2015. We did an ultrasound at around 5 weeks and everything looked good - the baby is where it's supposed to be, and we even faintly saw the heartbeat! But I'm just feeling really normal and it's making me worry that something is going wrong. Help!

I am now 14 weeks pregnant I too have had miscarriages and a stillbirth I was worried too as I had few symptoms. I had no nausea or morning sickness...but had two scans so far and baby is well. I just think everyone is different. Just hope everything is going well! !

I've had one successful pregnancy, one misscarriage, and am pregnant again. In all of them symptoms have come and gone. It doesn't mean anything is wrong. It's normal.
