It has not been very many months that AF has been showing up 30 days later.. In May I did Injections ,  for June, July no injections bc of a cyst... few weeks ago had US. RE was very happy on how many follicles he saw.. I have been O every month for as long as i can remember.. We started BD on CD9 , and then every other day or two since then..The RE said for me that I didnt need to do the temp thing anymore . I did BBT for at least 5 months ...

Hi hun,From what you have said you get AF every 30 days so ovulation would normally be day 16 (give or take). So maybe this month you ovulated a day or 2 earlier? Its possible because i ovulate sometimes later or earlier.Stress can be a factor even though you might not think so but it does.My cycles are between 25/29 days and every month is different so thats how i know it can happen earlier or later.Usually the luteal phase doesnt change but again i beg to differ on that.We are all different but as women we are intune with our bodies and thats a great help when it comes to fertility matters.Have you been every 30 days consistently for a few months with AF?I would try again in the morning honey just to make sure.Let me know how it goes ok ssbd xxx

Hi Mary,
Are you also taking your morning temp too?  Since we are in our 40's surge sometimes doesn't show up, we ovulate early, or we don't ovulate for a cycle.  My June cycle u/s on day cd 12 showed no follicles.  Took two blood test that week and RE said I probably wasn't going to ovulate.  So, I stopped checking, but keep doing temp. My morning temp never hit 98, so most likely I didn't ovulate.  My cycle was also longer, 35 days instead of 28.  Finally had AF, for three days only and on cd 6 I felt like I was getting ready to ovulate.  So, I did OPK next morning, and yep, positive on cd 7!!  Way earlier than normal, usually  cd 12-14 without med and later with meds.  Had u/s later that day and I had two follicles that were both pretty good for only a week!! OPK was positive on CD 8 as well, so probably ovulated CD 9.   I think you could be having a similar situation, maybe a quiet month for you, and then next cycle will happen early.  Obviously we are all different, but I thought I would suggest you start checking earlier and take your temp. and as soon as it starts getting close to 98, you are likely going to ovulate.
