Gender accuracy at 15w6d

I had an ultrasound today at 15w6d, have a friend who is a tech so we got to take a peek.  Saw the three lines so pretty sure a girl. (child was not shy, so we got a pretty good view) Anyone had one around the same time and it turned out to be a boy?  I have another appointment sept 22.  My friend said unless something sprouts in the next few weeks she is almost sure girl but dont go around buying all girl stuff yet.  Can something sprout like that this late in the game????lol  Any input appreciated.

I'm with RDH...it's probably pretty accurate, but sometimes it can be deceiving.  I know much can depend on the babies positioning, etc.  I might hold off on the shopping just in case.
