Not much Pregnancy Symptoms

I am 4 weeks pregnant through IVF, I do not experience any symptoms except mild cramps and aches on the sides of my tummy occasionally. My breast has started to feel a little tender.

I feel that my urine has decreased and other that these, there is no other signs. .I am so afraid that my HCG levels decreasing..

Should i go for another blood test to re-confirm my pregnancy or should i just wait for my 1st scan which will be on 24th Feb

I had very few symptoms at that stage. I was convinced I wasn't pregnant right up to 11 weeks. Lightheadedness when standing quickly and an increase in hunger around 7 weeks. That's about it.

OH, you are so early it is very normal not to feel symptoms! I didn't have symptoms with my first 3 babies but this one kicked in right at 6w5d! Good luck., I'm sure all is well.
