Call your Dr. They can give you a pill that will dry you up.

If you're not breast feeding DONT pump! That tells your body to make more milk. Hand express enough so you're not engorged and pain is gone. Get cabbage leaves and put in your bra.  Change out when they wilt. Look at No More Milk teas. Wear tight sports bras to prevent movement and add support. Ice packs help too with pain. Don't give baby any milk if you've been on meds. It seems like your Dr would have assumed you're bottle feeding so the meds you have been taking could be harmful for baby. Don't let people guilt you into it. It's your choice to bottle feed :)

I think u need to get rid of the milk that's in there first save it and feed it to baby.  Then I heard cold cabbage leaves works for drying u up also teas at the vitamin store.  it's going to be a gradual process so u need to be patient with drying up ur milk.  goodluck.
