6 weeks pregnancy with dull abdomen pain on right side going down right thigh
Hi everyone,
I am 6 weeks pregnant and experience a dull pain from my right abdomen down my right centre thigh. I have no bleeding but have two ectopic pregnancy before. I did have an ultrasound yesterday and baby is in uterus. I am worried bc I have a trip planned in a week with my 9 and 5 yr old and husband. I don't want disappointe them bc tjis trip was booked over 4 months ago. It was a mistake on my part, I did take the plan b the next day but found out im pregnant yesterday. Can someone pls tell me what is causing the pain. Thank you kindly

It could be a number of things, one of which is simply growing pains. Your uterus and hormones are already changing so is the rest of your body. Tenderness, discomfort are all normal at this stage
