Yes if they are Dr prescribed and you informed him you are pregnant
I have done at least one round of antibiotics with each of my 4 pregancies. Ear infections, sinus infections, a skin infection, lung infection, etc. No worries as long as doctor knows you are pregnant. UTIs are especially important to treat or else they can cause premature labor or as stated above, a systemic infection which can harm you and baby.
I had one in the beginning of my pregnancy and i was prescribed antibiotics. Haven't had any problems since and im 33wks
It's a heck of a lot better to treat it than to ignore it and end up with a systemic infection. A kidney infection can kill you if not quickly and properly treated. UTIs are common and generally a quick fix but they're far from harmless.
I had to take antibiotics at 6 weeks (it did not clear the uti) so again at 12 weeks via intravenous and then tablet form for kidney infection.
Thank God i had a full term 41week baby born no complications.
As long as doc know your pregnant and the pharmacist they should give you the correct anti biotic. If thy didnt know you where pregnant call pharmacist and check the prescription is safe.
I depends on the antibiotic.
