Braxton hicks or preterm labor?????

I am 29 weeks and had to leave work due to contractions. I feel nauseous and lightheaded at times and during the contractions I sweat really bad. The contractions aren't consistent when I time them so I'm thinking they are Braxton hicks but they really hurt! Anyone else have this? I know it's too soon for our little man to arrive so I'm really nervous.

I'm 29+wks too...been having Braxton Hicks contractions for 2 weeks now. I have never gotten lightheaded or sweaty, but some feel stronger than others. Let you Dr know as soon as possible. Even if it's nothing, they'll document it and continue to monitor you a little closer. Good luck and happy baby :)
