She needs out!

Today i was/am due and their still no sighn at all of labour i had an appointment this morning im still not dialating but im thinned out , i get contractions very small not so painful ones about every 1 to 2 hours or so , thats been going on for about 3 days . ive been walking alot , and nuthin
Anyways too speed things up ? /: im tired already my back is killing me

As a doula, I can say, I'm so sorry your so uncomfortable but babies come when they are ready. I would suggest going to a chiropractor, seriously if your feeling like labor is just right there and not kicking into gear this might help.  Sometimes if your slightly out of alignment especially the hips and babies head can't reach the cervix this can help a TON. You can also walk the curb. So one foot on the curb and the other one on the ground sometimes this can help as well. Good luck mama. I person have been in your shoes many times and it's not fun. But us mama's  sacrifice a lot for out babies. These last few weeks are the hardest ever. But your a strong woman and you'll make it!! Good luck!

Same here I was due on da 4tg n contradicting everyday all day jus not close together dey Luke 30mins apart. I tried all da myths n nothin  when I went to da doc on da 4th I was 2cm n 50% thinned out. U just came to da fact dat I'm goin to b pregnant forever lol
