Swelling

Hi im 35/2 just now as i was undressing i notice my legs got swollen. from my knees to my ankle. My legs feel tight. Looks like i twisted my ankles or something. Anyone experience the same?

Exactly even if your out and about in the car put your feet up and try to pay attention to the swelling, my doc had me record whenever my feet were swollen and now I'm on a low sodium diet for the rest of my pregnancy. I'm 34&4 with number one :)

I have and have with past pregnancies.. Get your feet UP..  not kidding. And let ur dr know. Sometimes it's just fluid sometimes I had to be induced a week and half early in swelled sooooo badly and blood pressure started skyrocketing. So also lots of water and careful with Salty items. Best of luck hope this helped some. Btw how far along are you?  I'm with number five 32weeks 3days
