I'm 25 weeks, started having back pain 2 weeks ago so I started doing back strengthening excises and I feel better. So now I want to go swimming. My one piece is no longer fitting.
On. Scale of one to ten how bad is it to wear a bikini type top with shorts? I can push through personal embarrassment/shyness I'd needed.
What are the social norms for this?
