Just remember how much you wanted to be pregnant and try to focus on all of the joys instead of the pains. Treasure each minute of having that precious baby inside of you. He will be here before you know it and you will miss being pregnant. ;)
You can try all of the above, but in all honesty, babies typically come when they are good and ready. And that is actually a good thing. He just may not quite be ready yet.
I can sympathize. Like the poster above said, I think those last few weeks are the toughest. Your so big and so tired, little aches and pains. I well remember. But you are so close now and regardless of when he comes, it won't be that long. Not in the big scheme of things. Ask your partner to help take extra good care of you. Foot and back rubs helped me so much. If you are able to, short naps during the day really helped me. Or barring that, a short nap after work. Try to get lots of fresh air and warm baths were a daily occurance for me. Hang in there, you are so close now and the second you hold that little man in your arms, all will be quickly forgotten! Best wishes for a speedy delivery!
Sex,walking, nipple stimulation. I've been told these things but I went to 41 1/2 weeks, but she had some issue where she never engaged. Just remember that every extra day your baby is snuggled up inside, is a day stronger he will be. The last month of pregnancy is hard b/c you are so ready to meet baby and you are soooooo tired of being pregnant. Just think of it as one of millions of sacrifices you'll be making once this little one is born.
the usual stuff rasberry tea,hot curry, hot bath, lots of walking and of course lots of sex lol x
