achy bottom

I'm 26weeks pregnant an have constant aching in my bum cheek feels like pressure specially if I bend over lol

Also position a pillow between your legs to even out the hips. That helps also

It's normal. I'm 31 wks in my 3rd pregnancy. I always get it but it's more my lefy butt/hip. Try some stretching. Some great yoga poses are the warrior pose, pigeon, etc. look on Pinterest for prenatal yoga poses too.  if you stretch a little even just ten minutes before bed you'll feel a huge improvement.

I just started having that today I'm 20 weeks. I told my sister omg someone is stabbing me in the butt lol. It's funny but it doesn't feel good! I can't remember feeling that with my last baby.

Yep it appears we have to! I have a removable shower head massager. I have the hubby spray it from my upper back to my lower bottom on hot & high...it helps temporarily of course.

Yh I got the aching in my lower bk which goes into my bottom now but just grin n bare it I suppose

I have the same in my tail bone. I was hoping I was growing Kim Kardashians butt. But that didn't happen...lol. I was told that it's a normal ailment for pregnant women.
