Sounds stupidly simple but tilting your pelvis up and lying there for as long as possible  always worked for me. The longer the supreme in there... good luck hope it happens for you soon!  Xxx

I would kindly suggest that u take prenatals whilst trying... Worked for me.

We did ovulation kits and tracking bought them for a great price on ebay for like150 tests we got pregnant the first month good luck

See your OB!  Clomid is the cheapest ovulation drug.   Track your cycle and take it day 5 - 10 and hope for the best.  Good luck

After 3 cycles of TTC, I decided to take my fertility into my own hands and used Preseed fertility lubricant, it aids in the sperm getting to the egg.  I also tracked my cervical mucus during my fertile days.  I got pregnant first time using Preseed.  I was also going to make my hubby use Fertilaid vitamins to increase his sperm count and motility, but I didn't have to go that route.  I'm now 18 wks pregnant with my second child and I'm 35.

Try buying ovulation kits, they have never failed me and my husband :-) We are expecting our 7th child, the last four were all conceived with help from an ovulation kit. The the kit detects your most fertile days, increasing your chances of conceiving. I also kept charts of my menstruation cycle, body temperature, premenstrual symptoms etc.

Have you been charting your cycles? If not, start. You need to figure out exactly when you ovulate. I liked the book Taking Control of Your Fertility.

Look into maca powder.  Do your research so you don't od on iodine,  though.  Worked for me.  One month and I was pregnant.
