I have been using a yoga/stability ball. Sitting on it while rocking your hips does help and so does getting on your knees and putting your top half of your body on the ball. I bought a Gold's Gym brand for $20 at Walmart. It has 2 pounds of sand inside it to help keep it stable and has little nubs on the surface to grip the floor. They come in different sizes for your height and has anti-burst technology so it won't pop while you are on it.

Sciatic pain is not fun! I never knew anything of it till this pregnancy. Try a heating pad on low just not on your tummy, or husband give you a good massage. I have a punched nerve in my bum cheek lol it hurts sooooo bad lol.

A maternity belt works wonders! I have had the same problems and I recently purchased one and it has helped ease my back pain tremendously. As for the leg pain, I would just walk really slow and sit down whenever you can. That's what I have to do in places like the mall where I dread going because of all the walking.

Tylenol is safe to take. Sounds like sciatic nerve pain. Try warm, not hot, bath too.
