anxiety ?

I have had anxiety and depression in the past.  Just tonight out of the clear blue .. sweaty feet.. and hands yet clammy.   Nervousness.. semi panic attack I believe.  Mind racing ... ugh. I'm 18 w 3 d with child #4.  Has anyone else suffered this???

I have had problems with anxiety in the past so far not with the pregnancy. Depression has showed up in full force. I am 17 weeks.
