Your milk does not come in for a few days after delivery. You do produce colostrum, which is your baby's first food. At birth, Baby has a stomach roughly the size of a marble. Don't worry. If you need, most hospitals and birthing centers have knowledgeable staff to assist you and answer questions. You can also contact your local La Leche League and network with other breastfeeding moms.
