cant sleep help
I have 7 weeks to go and the dr took me off of my medicine so he wont have withdraw. I have trouble going to sleep.is there anything I can take to help besides Tylenol pm. That does nothing to me.
Have you tried Benadryl it's safe during pregnancy and can be use to help with falling asleep look it up on web md but if Tylenol pm it's working I don't know if this would help
