did too much

I'm 18 weeks and I think I did way too much this week. Closed down my media center for the summer, went to two all day professional developments, cleaned house for two days, and then did a lot yesterday. Not to mention I haven't been able to sleep. So today I woke up a little naseaus and really, really tired. My hips are killing me. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm sitting in the recliner and I am not doing anything today.

Hi,

Due to heavy and continuous physical work you are exhausted and your back and hip muscles are fatigued giving rise to severe pain.
Take Analgesic tablets and take complete rest you will be alright.

Wish you speedy recovery.

Yes, I have bee doing this to myself late all the time. Especcialoly in your second trimister you fell so much better as far as the morning sickness and tiredness goes. Now granted you do run into a whole other list of problems. My hips and leg hurt all the time, especially when I lay down. Only time I get sick is if I wait to long to long to eat. But it seems like I have so muc to do in so little time
