I seem to get RLS when my progesterone goes up, like at the end of my cycle it is worse than at the beginning of the cycle. I was pregnant a couple of years ago for about 10 weeks and it seemed that my RLS got bad as soon as I implanted before I even knew I was pregnant. I definitely think RLS can increase with pregnancy so I wouldn't worry. Also, congratulations on your pregnancy!

I get it at nite when I'm trying to relax...it hadn't bothered me while sleeping, only while sitting in my chair...its usually more common later in pregnancy, but some women have issues their whole time...;-)
