eesa sameer ahmed has arrived
After 30 hrs of hard labor, my little prince Eesa Sameer Ahmed, made his entry into the world on 3.24.14 (the exact due date :) ) at 6.59 am weighing at 6 lbs.12 oz and 20.5 in. long.
Labor was hard... really hard.. every thing I had planned went out the window when it happened. But we plan and plan and then God plans, and in the end God is the best of planners. I am just soo happy with the outcome. :)
Lesson for labor that I learned... if a doctor or nurse is in the room, dont shy away from asking questions or saying no to something you are uncomfortable with. Its your body, listen to it!!
Trust me, at that point your body has a mind of its own and its doing everything in your favor. Dont ignore it because the doc said so... trust yourself :)
It was so nice being on this forum, and I would like to thank everyone who chatted and answered my questions. You all are awesome, couldn't have done this without your support. :)
