The most recent change is going from day to night shift. I feel isolated. Everyone is at work or school while I am home. Plus I don't sleep well during the day. I thought it would pass, but I still pretty down. I think I will talk to my doctor. Thanks.
Has something happened in your life to cause the depression, like loss of a loved one or pet, loss of job, a breakup or fight with your spouse? If you aren't able to pin point an item, then it could be hormonal, but I think it's definitely worth a call or chat with your ob/gyn or primary care doctor.
