I read somewhere about someone taking fenugreek...may i ask what you are using it for? I'm wondering cause I read it can dispense cold. I usually have very low bbts. Does anyone else have this problem?

I cant wait not feel cold... I will GLADLY be hot and sweaty for a sweet baby!  Completly understand the miscommunication, after I reread it I was wondering if it would be taken the wrong way. My brain is not functioning lately!  Kim

Oops, sorry I misunderstood! I thought you had a cold! Sorry about the cold feet, I am with you on that. I sleep in socks in July!!! I wish I had some remedies for you!

By the way once you do get pregnant, you will never be cold during those 9 months!!!

I hope this is my month too! I'm sorry what I meant by cold was, I usually have terribly low bbt's and now matter how hot it is outside my feet and calves and freezing. It was suggested that I soak my feet in hot water (foot sauna thing) for 10-20 min. every night as well as sleep with socks and a heating pad on them. I'm also to use a heating pad on lower abdomen between AF and O. So I've been looking into other natural methods (Chinese Herbal Meds) to try to raise my body temp.

Well if you are not pregnant yet, why don't you use something like Tylenol Cold and Sinus that is safe to take during ttc and pregnancy! Good luck I hope this is your month!!!!!

I am using it too for breastmilk production!!! I am not to sure about the cold part. On my bottle it also says do not use if you are pregnant. I would look into using something else.

I take Fenugreek for low milk supply.  If you go to the Breastfeeding Forum it talks about it a lot.  It helped me a lot with my milk supply, but I have not heard anything about it taking it during pregnancy.  Actually, on the bottle it tells you not to take it if you're pregnant.
