can i eat burger? because i like this food to much

Yes, I agree. So long as it's ok with your doc, a hamburger is ok :) I tried to be really healthy, but when you have a craving, you can only hold out so long before giving in :)

The other ladies made a great point that I didn't put in my initial post. You should listen to your doctor first and foremost. If there are no food restrictions, then the answer remains the same. Enjoy the burger. :)

Oh I sure hope so.  At least once every couple of weeks I get the worst craving for a Wendy's Bacon Cheesburger and I have given in every single time...yum!  But Spade is correct....your Dr.'s advice should never be disregarded based on anything we tell you here.  If he/she has told you no, then that is who you should listen to. Good luck!!

I agree with the above comments - yes, if the meat is cooked.

However, if your doctor has specifically said you should avoid various foods (we dont know your medical history and sometimes people omit important information from a post to skew the advice) then that is the advice you must follow.
