Caster Oil Stories ? HELP

I was told I should drink caster oil and coke or pepsi cause the acid in the soda breaks the oil down . I'm nervous !

I personally would never do it. The other ladies are right it isn't worth the risk. I've heard it gives you bad diarrhea and cramps and doesn't put into labor. The women who went into labor after it were going to go into labor anyway. You've come all this way. You're down to your last few days/weeks. The baby will come will he/she is ready. Just keep hanging in there.

Im going on baby number six. Had all kinds of things ive been thru. Also my gram was a delivery nurse for almost 40 yrs.DONT DO IT sorry the risks ARENT WORTH itFO u want issues or sick or dead baby just to ho sooner I'm not being mean.id hate to hear that something bad happened . . All the women I know who have tried it got the runs bad crampinh mostly did nothing but made them sick .nipple stimulation and some good ole fashioned orgasms make you contract def worth it good luck

I was wondering the same thing about castor oil. My due date is July 27 but my hubby wants to have our son the 15th because its his birthday. Ill be 38wks by then just wanted to know other people's experience about castor oil just in case having sex & excerise doesn't work.

Everybody is different but that's the pasrt that scares me the most . I wanna try it but I don't wanna take as much as everyone else did . I have heard good stories and bad .

Don't take it. Heard lots of complications about it can cause baby to make bowel movement before it comes out. In a case I know someone who's 2cm dilated and bub was healthy she took the castor oil. She went into labour sadly her baby heartbeat has stopped. she had to give birth to a stillborn due to castor oil. Some people were fine and went into labour some didn't. Many does have complications. Unless your Dr recommended it

Don't do it I was told to and it just gave me really bad false labor for like 10 hours and still no baby got sent home from hospital totally not worth it
