I know this isn't my age catagory but I have some questions.  I'm only 18 and I have fybromyalgia. If effects me mostly in my back.  I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem?  And what you guys did to help with the pain?

So have I! I just feel so useless. I already can't do much but now I'm always in bed but can never get comfortable. Going on walks does help a little though,  just if you're looking for something to do that helps!

I have fibromyalgia also. So glad to see someone understands. It's been really tough.. Pregnancy seems to aggravate the fibro for me. Been in bed most of my first trimester.

I also have fibromyalgia and pregnant and I am in constant pain I just rest a lot and ask for help with the things that I can't do my husband does so much for me he has been my super hero. Good luck mommy
