high in protein?

What are some foods that are high in protein besides chicken and beef? This pregnancy meat isnt sitting real well with me and I'm wondering if my lack of protein could be why I continuously keep getting sick... I've heard salmon, brussel sprouts, both I love, beans which I'm not a fan of... any other ideas lovlies?? I'm also hoping if I get more protein maybe I won't constantly feel like I haven't eaten in days... lol TIA!!!

Try soy and tomato!

I'm lactose intolerant so I have plenty of soy products at home: milk, yogurt, cheese, even ice cream!

Bean sprouts are fine. Alfalfa sprouts are not.

Very interesting on the sprouts. Neber crossed my mind they could be harmful thank you. I knew tuna was to be in smaller amounts. Pork chops I can def try again. Been awhile since I tried. Thank you all for the ideas and warnings.  :-)

No sprouts! Sprouts are a no no during pregnancy because of the likelihood that they'll harbor harmful bacteria... You can eat them cooked just not raw in salads or wraps

Be careful with tuna as we safely should only have it twice a week & it must also be tuna in water & not white albacore which is higher in mercury content. Eggs, I suggest hard boiled since under cooked yolk is a risk to the baby. I love almonds & peanuts. Quinoa is awesome with black beans. Can you stomach pork? Pork chops are a great source of protein.
