Raw organic cold pressed coconut oil is great. You can eat it and use on skin,hair etc.
It is antifungal and antibacterial too!

Itchy skin is common in pregnancy...generally because the skin is stretching. I know it's hard but try not to scratch as it will only make things worse. Rub an oil or cream into them...something very gentle as they are so sensitive and raw already. An organic olive oil will work fine - gentle and a very cheap option compared to any cosmetic products. Once it's food grade it's definitely good enough for your skin. Just make sure it's absorbed before putting clothes on as it might stain. Also, drink plenty of water as it will hydrate your skin from the inside
