Hello, I tried IVF @ 39 and I am now 29 weeks pregnant so it certainly does work. I did add Accupuncture to the treatment. I had 1 failed attempt and the 2nd time it worked for me.
Read your profile, congrats on your pregnancy!!I understand you are pretty close to the end of the journey,I want to wish you the best of luck and a great labour!I had my dd at the age of 41,5 naturally ,it was fantastic.
Not sure about how safe it is to do many IVFs. I believe they recommend to wait at least 3 months between 2 attempts. 43 seems to be the cut-off age that's considered still OK for a successful IVF, so you still have good chances!
I had 1 IVF several years ago (ended up in miscarriage), if I had had the money I certainly would have tried more attempts to speed up things.
All fertility clinics that are members of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (I think this is the name) must report their success rates. You can find them by looking online. 40 and 41 is not too old. (I got pregnant my first try with IVF, and was older than that.) Just be sure you go to a reputable clinic. They will be honest with you.
